It is a very neat and private setup. Come check it out! This property has two homes next to each other, like a duplex, except it is not attached. The homes do not share walls or anything at all! You will have private porch and parking. Nothing is shared. Walk or golf cart less than a mile to garden city beach. I\`m sure you will feel at home in this quiet, family friendly residential area. Located east of 17 business in Garden city. Close to Sarah J\`s restaurant off Atlantic Ave. See marsh views at the end of the street. Enjoy golf carting, biking or walking around in this safe neighborhood. Motorcycle friendly area! Occasionally we may have a golf cart available to rent, if not there are many places in town to rent from. Inquire with host for more details. The nearest beach access is less than a mile. This home is for mature (25 and older) respectful guests only. No parties, fireworks or loud noise of any kind will be permitted. Motorcycles, mustangs, and stays for other events are welcome but no burn outs or reving up engines late at night. Dogs allowed. If bringing more than one, reach out with breed and size information to obtain pet fee quote. Otherwise, pet fee is $75 for one dog. This home has outdoor security cameras for property security. One on each porch, front and back. Once you arrive, recording will be turned off for your privacy. No early or late checkouts without prior approval. The neighborhood is quiet, but conveniently located to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. It is also a short (.7 miles) walk to the beach. There is plenty of parking. We had a truck with a trailer, 3 motorcycles, and a golf cart, and still had plenty of room for congregating in beach chairs at the back of the driveway. This was the perfect spot for our trip to Myrtle Beach Bike Week. We hope to visit again! ##### Emily H.
