The pool was great and we had plenty of room. The dishwasher messed up mid-week and the dryer was not drying well the time we were there. By the end of the week no hot air was blowing at all. Grill was in the listing then I was told I wasn't getting one. Showed up there was two grills one gas and one charcoal both were filthy. AC was not working correctly, technicians were there three times during the week and it was still not working correctly by the time we left. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental house is perfect. However, a little more detail from the rental company needs to be had. When we arrived, the house was clean. The outdoor area needed some attention. The pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the small yard that we had had huge dog tirds all over it. The primary rooms blinds were falling down and the door fell off the closet. Also, our dishwasher didn’t work and couldn’t be replaced the entire week we were there. Important please note that it’s listed as a five bedroom rental. However, the fifth room is underneath the house and only access by going outside. The worst part of that was the room had a wet And musky smell that had been covered up with air freshener. We would not have been able to use that room because of that. On a note we called the rental company and needed something. They took care of it for us. ##### Cheryl B. We subscribed to the beach chairs and umbrella set up, best decision ever! Beach access directly across the street, a must for a tier 2 property! They were set up promptly each morning and taken down well after we left the beach in the late afternoon.
