### Oceanfront Penthouse With Rooftop Hot Tub

2025 Notice: Renovations have just been completed(May, 2025) leaving this property looking and feeling BRAND NEW. This incredible condo now features all new paint, flooring, furniture, fixtures, bathrooms, bedding, and artwork. Additionally, a mini-split HVAC and electric fireplace have been added to the living room for all-season comfort. This property is a gem, so don't miss the chance to book today!  
  
Surf Master by the Sea Penthouse B is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This penthouse is located on the 11th floor of the North Tower, and features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, washer, dryer, and new central heat and air conditioning. Three Smart TVs (Roku in the living room) and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen sofa bed. This unit features a furnished oceanfront balcony with a private hot tub. Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one pass; two and three bedroom units are assigned two passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dashboard are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. Monthly rentals only, May through October. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.  
  
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.  
  
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.  
  
If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.  
  
Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.  
  
Other points of interest close by include historic Georgetown and Conway.
