Inside, you’ll find a bright, airy living space with a refined coastal feel, plus ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom, one thoughtfully designed with optional hall access for added convenience. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a trip with friends, or a relaxing retreat for all ages, this condo wraps elegance and seaside comfort into one unforgettable experience. With convenient elevator access, a sparkling oceanfront pool, and the flexibility of nightly and monthly rentals, Surf Master 807 is the kind of place that feels like paradise. EXTERIOR FEATURES Large Corner Unit with Private Oceanfront Balcony, Community Outdoor Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st) - Professionally Maintained, Outdoor Shower, Elevator, 1 Parking Spot, Golf Carts, Trailers & Motorcycles are Not Permitted at Complex, Non Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Three): 1 King, 1 King, 1 Full and 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Three): 3 Full Baths PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Private Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed. The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Views from the living room and the balcony are absolutely gorgeous. Parking was great. Had pretty much everything we needed. Did have to purchase rugs for each of the bathrooms so we didn't have to step out of the tub with wet feet on tile floors. The only problem we had was one of the elevators was out of service the whole time but the wait for the one operating elevator wasn't too bad. Clean, right on the ocean, the views are incredible. My family has a great time and would stay again. The only downfall was one elevator was broken for a few days. Check in day was the worst and you only get one parking pass. We had 2 vehicles and one did wind up getting towed as parking was terrible on the 4th of July. Not much street parking ##### Lindsay D.
