This premier home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and beverage refrigerator, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, gas fireplace, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, and ceiling fans. Six TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, plus two twin-over-twin bunk bed sets. Outdoor amenities include a private 26-by-13-foot swimming pool (3-to-5-foot deep), furnished pool lounge area, covered porch, and balcony. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. The house has five bedrooms ( sleeps 12) but can only seat five people in the living area and only seven people to eat. The kitchen was very cheaply equipped and did not even have a pitcher or salad/mixing bowl to accommodate our family. We have stayed in beach rental homes at Garden city for 40 years and this was the most disappointing home for the amount of money we paid. The house came available to rent late in the season ,and we booked it the day after it came available.
