Situated in a peaceful neighborhood with space for 5+ vehicles, near all main attractions including the Marsh Walk, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park and dozens of locally beloved dining spots. Centrally located so trips to surrounding areas such as Pawley's Island, Georgetown, and Myrtle Beach are quick and easy. This bright and inviting home has an open floor plan, so spending time with friends and family in the commons areas is very enjoyable. Yes, there is a Keurig! There is bar seating as well as a dining table and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and even a TV. With custom ceilings equipped with ambient lighting throughout the whole house, it is easy to set the mood by changing the color and dimming the main lighting to your preference. We came for the 37th Run to the Sun Classic Car show and this was just perfect for the 2 of us to get away for a while. The lights in the rafters were a bit trippy to figure out at first, but so much fun! Checking-in was a little tricky as the picture of the white house is what's in FRONT of this bungalow, this bungalow is BEHIND the house (as it used to be a garage, it's understandable) and down the short gravel driveway. Not only was the kitchen fully stocked with all cookware/dinnerware we might like to use, the bathroom and bedrooms were well stocked with extra towels and blankets so that we lacked for nothing. The location was also perfect. All the local activities were so close. We particularly enjoyed going to the Litchfield public beach access for a quieter, laid-back beach experience.
