This unit features a living/dining/kitchen combination floor plan and covered balcony with ocean side views. Amenities include central heat, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and electric kitchen appliances - dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and frost-free refrigerator. Three TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two double-sized beds, plus one sofa bed. Common area includes a swimming pool with large deck, coin-operated laundry facilities and BBQ grills. Complex is oceanfront, unit is not. Complex has elevator. Limit two parking passes per unit. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. Rear sliding door screen very torn and needs to be replaced. 6\. Owner needs to spend some money on upkeep. 7\. 2 Chairs on deck that are uncomfortable and tilt forward and there is no table on the deck to sit and enjoy a lunch on the deck. 8\. Rate was reasonable for the unit. Rest of the place was in good shape and I would rent again but maybe select a different unit than 1K.
