Surf Master by the Sea 1209 is a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, and also an oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, central heat, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Other amenities include two TVs (cable), a DVD player, a telephone, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include one king-sized bed and one sofa bed. The common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, and (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited, and availability is based on the size of each unit. One-bedroom units are assigned one parking pass; two and three-bedroom units are assigned two passes. Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rearview mirror or in a prominent area on the dashboard are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the south building. No smoking. No pets. No golf carts are allowed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. The staff at Garden City Realty really care about their guests and show true professionalism. Reviewer Comments: In reference to the four stars in the property's condition, we have a couple of suggestions. 1) The exhaust fan in the main bathroom needs to work, all it does right now is noise and does not exhaust. 2) the screen sliding door at the balcony needs a pair of wheels which will make it easier to use as we enjoy the fresh air but not the bugs. The mattress was very comfortable.THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE WAS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION, IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, IT WAS LIKE SITTING ON THE FLOOR, THE CUSTIONS WERE WORE OUT... THE RECLINER WAS WORE OUT. ALSO THE TABLE and "CHAIRS ARE NOT SUITED FOR DINING..CHAIRS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO MOVE IN CLOSER TO TABLE.. the shower stall has moldy chalking in it.
