Superior lodge

We got to our vrbo and everything was exactly how we were told. The home is very spacious and we were not unhappy at all. Home is close to town and stores. Very easy to access the snowmobile trails.

Great meeting of lifelong friends

9 long time friends got together to snowmobile and catch up on life. The house was perfect for us all to be together. Living room and kitchen were both spacious.

First trip to UP

We had a group of seven of us that wanted to take the sleds up North. The Superior lodge was great location of the trails and for fuel for us! We had ample space within the lodge and was very comfortable! Ronnie's communication and assistance before and during the stay was fantastic and we can't wait to come up and stay at the Lodge again!

Lodge

The Superior Lodge fit our needs for size of our large group. The Lodge is an older house, but had a big kitchen and living room. We brought extra supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, towels, and a 12 cup coffee maker, and definitely needed those. There was evidence of mice being around, but didn't actually see any. Outside, there was a picnic table, firepit, and plenty of of room for some yard games. There was also plenty of parking.

Lots of space. Hard to find.

This house is situated on a main road and should be SO easy to find. My entire group ended up at a dirt track 3 miles away. For some reason google maps didnt recognize the address outside of michigan state (we had a 4 family party we all came into this) so we had to rely on a terrible gps pin (cell phone was patchy for gps anyway) the google address was bad enough that the local porta potty I rented for an extra bathroom never arrived. The place had plenty of beds, the outdoor area and firepit was lovely, there were no chairs, but no biggie because we had our own. Location was absolutely ideal, one mile or so from munising, close to grocery and gas. Check in was good, the door lock was simple to figure out. This is a new vrbo and theyre still figuring things out, bring some of your own towels (for big groups) and paper products, the kitchen has lots of cooking stuff but not well set up for a large group, we brought an extra folding table for seating, and struggled with small pots and pans. (We are big cooks and realize thats not standard) The beds were very comfortable and we were pleasantly suprised how sound proof the house was. There isnt a/c so the nights did get a bit stuffy, we also didnt have control of the heat so ended up pretty warm some nights. More fans would have been nice, or temp control. Overall we had a great time here. The kids loved the space and it was an awesome home base for loads of activities all over the UP. We would stay again.
