It's the perfect place for a good rest after a long trip, an exciting day of sightseeing or a busy day at work. Check-in is flexible, easy and keyless. Public parking is available around the house for a fee. LIVING ROOM \- a very comfortable french bed (160x200cm) \- high quality bed linen \- working area \- cable TV and streaming services \- coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, tea, coffee \- storage furniture \- Fan \- safe \- small refrigerator KITCHEN \- no kitchen BATHROOM \- shower \- lighted mirror \- hand soap, shower bath, shampoo \- high quality towels \- hair dryer Due to the side street location, there may be street noise during the day. However, at night it is relatively quiet. Since all rooms are ventilated by a ventilation system, the windows can remain closed. During your stay you will have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no shared rooms, except for the entrance area. Access is 24/7 with your personalized access code. The access code will be sent before check-in. You will find detailed check-in instructions with video in our digital guest folder after your booking. The studio is located in the lively district of Giesing surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping. In the immediate vicinity is a subway station, a streetcar station and a bus station. Within 8 min. you can reach the city center by public transport and many restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance from the apartment. 1,8 km to the Deutsches Museum 2,3 km to the Viktualienmarkt 2,3 km to the Sendlinger Tor 2,6 km to the Mariensäule 2,6 km to the new city hall 2.4 km to the Asamkirche 2.6 km to Marienplatz 4.0 km to the main train station 31 km to Munich Airport Prior to check-in, a digital check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests.
