Club One Virar

It was horrible, initial deluxe room booked on line was too small and stinky with small bathroom fr 3 . Upgraded to Super Delux which was bigger . No room service ( No calls were attended were picked up after dialing ) . Most horrible was room filled with mosquitoes. We could not sleep whole night . Vacation was totally spoiled . Food frm Bar was very good . Overall first Club one experience was very bad . I initially planned to take a membership but now dropped completely.

Great property, poor amenities

I stayed for 6 nights and the hotel staff wasn’t able to figure out WiFi. The housekeeping had to arrange for soap from other rooms, etc. Rooms are cleab and comfortable. But these basic amenities spoil the entire experience. Been to this hotel 3 times now and service has not improved.

Club One Stay (June 2018)

Club one was a great comfortable safe place to stay in Virar, It had all the standard comforts of a hotel room with exception of hot water kettle. It was 5 mins drive from Big Bazaar & FBB for shopping and it has an in house food court. Great stay.

Superb Hotel

Had a super stay here, Family Suite was the largest room I’ve ever stayed in , wash rooms large n super clean Service was excellent Non Veg food was real awesome in the in-house restaurants Staff very friendly we enjoyed our stay Thanks. Regards Stephen India
