The Tallowood Ridge Nature walk is at your front door. 56 local native bird species have be sighted in the rainforest trees next to the apartment. You can connect to nature and wildlife & take in gorgeous views of mount Chincogan. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood you can be out & about exploring all the wonders that the region has to offer & then retreat to your fully self contained apartment at night. This space is like new, a two bedroom apartment that has all the comforts and luxury of a modern home. Light, clean and clear with comfortable new furnishings, air conditioning and insect screens. Two Queen Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen and Lounge Room. The kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a full sized fridge/freezer. Lounge space with comfy couch and a 32" smart TV/HDTV Outdoor dining and lounging area. Bathroom with toilet, monsoon shower, vanity, hair dryer and washing machine and outside washing line and clothes drying rack for inside on wet days. Guest access if easy for this fully self contained apartment, lose to Byron Bay and accessible from Coolangatta airport (Just 45 minutes drive) and Ballina airport (35 minuets drive) This apartment has is own private entrance with car parking space and key lock box for easy access upon arrival so that interaction with your host can be kept to a minimum if you prefer. You can have contactless key collection from the lock box which is mounted on the building by the front door. If arriving after dark, a sensor light will come on to light up the front door and key lock box for easy assess. Just 4 minuets drive from the town of Mullumbimby in Northern NSW, The Birdhouse is located on Tallowood Ridge. Mullumbimby, “the biggest little town in Australia “ offers a great variety of restaurants and cafes and interesting shops and boutiques. Visit Kiva Spa or the Banya bath house for a massage, sauna and soak. Take a 10 minute drive up to Montecollum and visit the Crystal Castle or a 20 minute drive to Minyon falls for spectacular views or a bush walk. When back at base at the Birdhouse apartment you can step out your front door and onto the Tallowood Ridge nature walk where you can take in beautiful views of the mountain, spot local wildlife and experience the local flora. You can be in the famous tourist town of Byron Bay within 25 minutes drive or at the beautiful beaches and river of Brunswick Heads within 15 minuets. It is situated next to a beautiful nature reserve with a variety of bird life. The property is very well presented, with all the necessary features for a comfortable stay. We loved the view of the mountains from the main bedroom. There are lots of windows allowing good natural light into the home. A feature we loved is the peace and quiet of the area.
