The spacious garden plot (fenced dog-safe) of about 750 m² in size is located in the outskirts of town. The property is bordered to the rear by fields, to the front there is a very beautiful view of the beautiful Saxon Switzerland. Next to the bungalow you will find a garden pavilion with seating. There is also a garage on the property. A pool is right in front of the winter garden. It has the dimensions 4.50 m x. 3.00 m at a water depth of approximately 1.60 m. There is plenty of room for two people. The bedroom is equipped with enough cupboards and two single beds 90 x 200\. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the spacious conservatory make your vacation perfect. Dresden kann man mit den Auto gut erreichen. Leider war das Wetter in den Zeitraum meiner Reise sehr schlecht. Aber 3 Tage konnte ich den Pool nutzen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt,sehr sauber und gemütlich und der Kontakt zu Frau Krimmling war äußerst unkompliziert und sehr nett! Unser Neufundländer fühlte sich in dem traumhaft angelegten,parkähnlichen und sehr gepflegten Garten sehr wohl. Im Sommer muß es dort wunderschön sein. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem die Betten bzw. die Matratzen waren von sehr guter Qualität und nicht so durchgelegen wie man das gerne von anderen Ferienhäusern kennt... Im Wohnzimmer konnten wir uns dank der umfangreichen DVD-Sammlung,vielen guten Büchern und der gemütlichen Couch selbst bei Regen ein paar schöne Stunden machen. Eine Liste mit den wichtigsten Adressen sowie Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Entfernung nach Dresden sowie in die sächsische Schweiz beträgt je eine halbe Stunde. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen (und Hunde) ideal, mitten in der Natur gelegen und dennoch nahe bei Dresden. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber durchaus ausreichend. Den schönen Swimmingpool konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen, im Sommer muss es ganz fantastisch sein. Mit Elektroheizkörpern für jeden Raum konnten wir das Haus selbst bei dem feucht-kalten Wetter problemlos angenehm heizen. Wer also kein Luxusobjekt erwartet, ist in dem Haus bestens aufgehoben. Das Haus ist - wie wir finden - klein und schnuckelig, also für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Unser Hund fand natürlich den Garten noch viel schöner - jede Menge Platz zum Sonnenbaden und Toben. Die Woche ging viel zu schnell um, da wir fast täglich unterwegs waren, z.B. in Dresden, Spreewald, Elbsandsteingebirge, Lichtenhainer Wasserfälle, Lausitzring, Bergwerk F 60\. Natürlich waren wir auch zum Hundebaden am Senftenberger See, denn unsere Wasserratte war immer sehr neidisch, wenn von uns der Pool zur Erfrischung genutzt wurde. Das kann ich alles nur weiterempfehlen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir werden wiederkommen. Mit Hund kann man es gar nicht besser treffen. Sehr schöner sauberer Pool zum abkühlen und planschen! Im Ferienhaus ist alles zu finden was man benötigt! Nette und freundlichen Empfang durch den Vermieter! Werden bestimmt bal wiederkommen!
