Phenomenal across the board. The staff was amazing, Ellie specifically was amazing. We were in town for my 50th birthday and my wife had asked Ellie about getting a small cake or treat for the room. Instead we had a house made desert sampler with macaroons cheesecakes bites chocolate covered strawberry and more along with a very kind hand written birthday note.
The hotel was extremely nice but not pretentious, the staff were inviting and helpful and geographically it was right in the middle of everything you'll wanna do in the city.
This place got 5 stars because were not allowed to give it 6.
