A king sized bed and full sized sleeper sofa give you plenty of sleeping space. While inside, a jacuzzi tub and tv provide you with both comfort and entertainment. Outside, on the top level, it's all about the atmosphere of being surrounded by trees on the same level as you. The lower level offers a patio with fans, furnishings, a hammock, firepit, and a grill. Upper Level: Fully furnished and extremely comfortable. There is a deck that surrounds the entire upper level, complete with seating, so that you may enjoy being amongst the many trees that surround the Treehouse. Inside is a stocked kitchen, king sized bed, smart tv (with netflix), a jacuzzi tub, and plenty of seating for all guests. Lower Level: We've got all the patio furnishings you could want, complete with a hammock for relaxing. Ceiling fans provide plenty of airflow during the hot summer months. Close to the covered area is a fire pit and grill with rock wall and traditional seating. If you were to grill some burgers or hotdogs, you are only steps away from serving the food on the lower patio or around the firepit. Perfect for cookouts! There is no satellite or cable but we have a Netflix account ready for guest use. You can also use your favorite streaming services on the smart tv. If you happen to not remember to sign out, we'll take care of it for you. Guest access The entire 87Getaway Treehouse is available to guests. There is plenty of acreage, so if you enjoy walks through nature, feel free to explore the surrounding area. Interaction with guests I am usually home in the afternoons and live in the cabin at the end of the driveway. I'm always open to meeting guests, so stop by and say hi if you'd like. You can always get ahold of me (or my son, the listing manager) by phone or through the app. Someone's always around to provide information or assistance. Other things to note Check-in is easy! Once you are booked you'll arrive to find the door unlocked and a key left inside for you, anytime after 2pm. The wildlife was abundant and the weather was beautiful. To our surprise there was a family of armadillos living under the deck. It was incredible to watch them come out at dusk for forging. The location is mostly private. Before the brush fills in, you can see the other cabin and hear the other families. The tub was nice but we had to let the hot water tank refill before there was enough hot water to bath in. The only thing we could have wanted that was not already there was a loveseat or two person chair on the top deck for evening snuggles. ##### Cheryl F. It is easy to miss the driveway in the dark. The sign could use a solar light of some sort. The lights should have been left on for guest that may show at night. The treehouse was clean. The bed was comfortable. Pillows not as comfortable but not terrible. Plenty of linens. Hammock was very relaxing! Mountain view is a wonderful town with great people! Sep 23, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Rainy Weekend Getaway Wonderful, relaxing secluded getaway that we would highly recommend. The bed was super comfortable and the property was very well supplied and maintained. It is creatively designed & built and clearly a lot of thought was put into the entire site. We had a little confusion on the check in process, but the host was super helpful, and we got that cleared up quickly. My husband and I stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the rain and wildlife. Only about a 15 min. drive to a couple of good restaurants (JoJo's was my favorite, but my husbands was Anglers) We visited the Blanchard Caverns while there and I would have to say that's probably the most amazing cave we have visited. Highly recommend that as well. Spent some time shopping in Mountain View one afternoon. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would gladly drive down and stay again. Thank you so much for a relaxing getaway. ##### Deb S.
