Equipped with gas logs, jetted tub, and blazing fast rural wifi 30Mbps. Paved all the way. Imagine a studio cabin with private bath - easy in, easy out. Easy around the area. Right next door is our #44 Pinewood Happy Hollow Cabin (bring your friends yet keep your privacy). Please be sure and click through all the photos and read the full description as we think it will answer most questions you have in advance or will need prior to packing up and heading our way. But please, feel free to reach out with any questions. We love them. \*Rental Prices are dynamic. This means that the prices vary – determined by software – dependent on area inventory, day of week and time of year. Enter dates and amount of people for quote.\* PROPERTY LOCATION and ACCESSIBILITY: Property is paved parking. It is absolutely centrally located just under the hill from the court square. The cabin is located within a cabin cluster so you are near other cabins/people. You can walk to the town square in about 5 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from our world class Blanchard Caverns Recreation area and OK Trading Post with horse trail riding. It is 10 minutes from Angler's restaurant/Fishing guide services and 5 minutes from shopping +medical in the town you're going to fall in love with: MOUNTAIN VIEW, ARKANSAS. Other area attractions include North Sylamore Creek Access, Ozark Folk Center State Park, and the Arkansas Craft School, Music on the court square & pickin park (weather permitting) PETS: not allowed at this property RENTAL AMENITIES and VARIANCES: \~ Ideal property for two people although you could bring the kids. \~ Sleeps up to 4; 1 queen and one full-size sofa bed BOTH in the common area. \~ 480 square feet living space \~ kitchen-ette with some appliances (see pics), drip coffee maker, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils \~ propane fireplace \~ porch with seating for 2\. \~ self check-in available 24 hours via keyless entry / keypad code \~ 1 bath with jacuzzi tub in open area - toilet and walk-in shower behind door \~ cable TV with 'middle package' - wifi and smart TV for your streaming apps \~ heating and cooling via mini-split unit \~ charcoal grill-ette SUPPLIES INCLUDED: \~ All bed, bath, and kitchen linens for number of people contracted. Body, hand, + dish soap, trash bags, basic cleaning products + tools, and toilet paper. \~ Starter supplies (1 or 2 days depending on personal usage): paper towels, ground coffee + filters, sugar, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, salt + pepper, and cooking oil. \~ BYO toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste, etc. ABOUT US, THE BOOKING PROCESS AND FEES: We are Ozark Mountain Stays, a professional vacation rental management company. We are readily found in a search. We love the area and mostly live very locally to the properties. All properties are self check-in – with key code – after 4pm. Check out is 11\. Confirmed guests received our self-penned "local's guide" to the area! Email you provide is important. We send welcome and access info there. Check your spam, please. Taxes and clean/supply fees are always required as is a processing fee that varies depending on who you are booking through. We cannot accept CANCELLATION variances due to personal reasons or area attraction closures. If we are mandated to close our rental operations, you will be refunded 100% or given the option of credit for future reservation good for 12 months. 1\. We've lowered the down payment to reserve from 50% to 15%. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 2\. If you need to change your reservation due to COVID related government mandates, we will apply your monies paid towards future reservation good for 12 months from booking date. 3\. If you prefer to just cancel, we will retain your monies paid according to the policy timeline, refunding the remainder. We always refund 100% of cleaning and pet fees 4\. Please note that 3rd party sites like airbnb have different policies in effect. Please read their fine print. 5\. Airbnb has an agreement with the state of Arkansas to collect and remit sales tax. For all other bookings, we collect and remit applicable sales taxes as required for all fees associated with a reservation.
