It is located on a gentle knoll overlooking the valley with a view of the rolling hills beyond. Take time to explore and unwind - discover the 10 acre lot, delightful grounds with an open deck that leads to a skillfully terraced yard complete with an amazing fire pit. Enjoy time by a campfire under the stars. The décor is a pleasing eclectic combination of custom made tables, chandeliers and contemporary items. Attention has been given to every detail, including boosters to give a strong cell signal. The first floor king bedroom has a cathedral ceiling completed with pine boards and a spacious seating area. The chef in your group is sure to be delighted with the kitchen which has ample food prep areas, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. In addition to the 2 king beds and a queen bed, extra sleeping is provided by a sleeper sofa in the living room and a sleeper sofa in the second floor loft area. Each bath has skillfully crafted custom tile. GAME ROOM! Ping pong, pool table, pacman, foosball, game console with a TV. Located in the garage and is a shared space with Dutch Hill II.
