From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, from the cozy rooms to the little touches that made it feel like home. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you’re staying for business or a getaway, this hotel and its wonderful team will exceed your expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice and clean as usual. We got there early and of course the room was not available. Then,they said it wont be redy at least 45 minutes after 4 pm because houseepers were toi busy. After all, we checking at 4 because another lady helped us and gave us a different room

Nice property in a not so great area but just a few blocks from attractions and parks. Staff was great and very accommodating with pets.

It's a beautiful property.

The room was small but the view of the pool was nice. But the pool and pool area didn’t look clean, our sink didn’t have any water pressure it was difficult to wash our hands. The shower was huge but we couldn’t get hot water. But the pressure in the shower was good. So it really was good and bad. We won’t return to this hotel, But we did enjoy our time in San Diego.
