The space is 900 sq feet studio basement apt. with your own entrance and patio. It is net zero , energy efficient, space with a sleeping, sitting, dinning and TV areas(direct TV and Chrome Cast). The kitchenette is equipped with everything you might need - a mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, crock pot, outside electric grill. Coffee and paper products supplied. Our well water is filtered and sanitized with UV light. No need to bring bottled water.
