Host was wonderful (great communication and very understanding even after we arrived home and realized we had something of theirs in our possession.) Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, extra linens… anything you would need to cook for your loved ones and feel right at home! We loved that the cabin was secluded from the main road. We brought our trained, crate trained 22 month old chocolate lab with us (her first fall trip to the mountains) and she loved it here! Backyard was large enough for fetching. We enjoyed our walks around the vineyard. The vineyard also has a fenced in area for dogs, which was a huge plus! Furthermore, cabin was in perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see (Mt. Airy, Blue Ridge Pkwy, Pilot Mtn, and Hanging Rock.) Thank you so much Ken for accommodating us, in which we all had a very relaxing, fun-filled fall vacation! Also, thank you for the complimentary wine. The home was clean, spacious and felt comfortable. Everything we could've needed was supplied and Ken was able to answer all of my questions. The from Round Peak was also the best we had all trip!
