« Dear Angela,Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The house was very clean, even by my mum's standards, and she is very hard to impress. Everything was as advertised, apart from being unable to watch free-to-air TV in the bedroom. But this is a very minor problem as we were not really there to watch TV.
