This part of the city is also known for its art, because of the theater, the poets Aleksa Šantić, and the Museum of Herzegovina. It consists of three separate floors and each has its own separate entrance. Each apartment has a separate kitchen, dining area, toilet and shower, cable TV, WI-FI, fire sensors and panic light for power outages. On the first floor the apartment Suncokret - named after the way light and sun enter, and it is furnished in the same colors in the style of the 70s. The apartment also has a small library with books to read.
