(481 reviews) The place is very clean and the location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful. I love the place so much. My only complaint is that I got probably the least private bunk (bunk 11) which faces the hallway to the common area. It just feels a little more exposed compared to other bunks. Other than that, it's an amazing place to stay if you're visiting Jackson. Everything is walking distance. I didn't realise if they advertised this as well but they do have ski racks which is awesome. Will come again but hopefully I don't get bunk 11 or 12 next time! It is also very close driving distance to Snow King Mountain and National Elk Refuge (like 5 min drive). The property does not have elevators so if you are given a room on the 3rd floor, just know that you’ll make several trips to your car for your luggage. Staff super friendly overall great stay thank you!! (1,000 reviews) The location is ideal for skiing JHMR with the lifts just steps away however the no frills property is tired and needs to be upgraded to be considered a modern hotel. The bathroom sink and tub would not drain properly; the carpet was bare in high traffic areas, long extension cords nailed to walls to power lights and AC; etc. We had a major issue (it was out of the hotel’s control so I won’t get into details here) that required us to be moved to a different room mid-stay which was handled quickly. The staff is young and friendly.
