    Just a short walk from the well-equipped Ruine pine forest and right at the foot of the hiking trails.
    Reserved covered parking, in addition to the building’s communal parking spaces.
    The secluded location ensures peace and quiet but is strategically located for easy access to both the center of Morgex and nearby towns (Pre Saint Didier, La Thuile, Courmayeur). The highway is easily accessible, less than 1 km away.
