We came in for WVU parent’s weekend. The location was ideal, it was fun to be immersed in the setting of downtown Morgantown. Felt safe, the building is very secure. Instructions regarding access and parking were well communicated. We had what we needed, would stay here again!

Cute studio, great location!

We loved the location of this studio! It was well decorated & comfortable. The only note we have is that there is a significant hill from the parking to the building and then there is a flight of steep stairs to get to the room. This wasn't a huge inconvenience for us, but it would be a concern for anyone with mobility limitations.

It’s was a cute little studio apartment we had to have my husband for surgery at 5am so we needed a place to crash for the night the host let us come in at 1:00pm so we could rest up. She answered all my concerns about the parking garage where we had to leave our vehicle cause there’s no parking here. I would recommend it. No noise at all and all the stuff we needed for our short stay.

Visiting a College Town

The pictures and description of the unit were good. The space around the bed was a little tough to navigate. It worked for us and was clean. However, on the second night that we stayed...someone attempted to enter the room at 10 PM while we were there. They saw us and backed out. It was very unsettling. We had not received any communication, why was someone entering at 10 PM? This incident could have become very dangerous for all involved

Stayed here for two weeks while doing some research at WVU. Good proximity to University and restaurants. Wish there was parking, but was able to buy a 1 month permit for the public garage for about 100. Clean apartment. Didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. It was pretty easy to get to the bike trails, which was what we wanted to do. Great places to eat nearby as we walked. Our only small concern was that our car was parked around the corner and down the street, but we had no issues, so that was great.

Very convenient location with plenty of options nearby for food and nightlife. Early-birds beware, the nearby nightclubs might not be the most peaceful nights sleep. This is a great location otherwise for folks looking to get the most out of the downtown experience.
