It was our first trip to Morelia and from the moment we walked in, we were treated in a very friendly manner. The site is in a perfect location with just steps from the Cathedral and so many places to visit. Fernanda (Fer) was such a wonderful receptionist. We stayed two nights and every day she helped us navigate our trip and even helped us by printing guides and maps for us. The view from our balcony was great and the top was also spectacular. The hotel has an incomparable location for the price—half a block from the main square and close to just about any cuisine you choose. The room was clean and accessible. The location is perfect! Everything is walking distance. The hotel is beautiful and lots of history to it. The service was amazing!! The wonderful front staff was so nice and helpful. They were always kind and ready to assist with anything. We stayed in the unit with two floors and we really appreciated that we each had a bed and our privacy. The cleaning service was also amazing! We always had clean rooms, clean towels, the girl changed our sheets and comforters and kept the rooms clean. Overall I highly recommend the hotel. It’s affordable and a great experience. It’s a small hotel so don’t expect a big hotel but next door there is a coffee shop, an ice cream shop and a breakfast place that had the best natural juices and sandwiches. We were also three min walk to the plaza and cathedral. I will definitely stay there next time we visite Morelia. I can’t remember the names of the front staff and cleaning service, but I want to say that they are wonderful, caring and super professional!
