We stayed here the weekend of the Beaufort parade and flotilla. The rental is perfect. It’s cozy but spacious for hosting friends to watch the flotilla and parade from the best location on all of front street. The owners were very responsive and flexible to meet our changing schedules. You can walk to the restaurant shops and ferries all within a few blocks. The view is amazing. You can see boats going up and down the water away. We love the location of this property! The view of the water is exceptional. This visit we could see the wild horses on the island across the way from our windows! As repeat visitors, this place cannot be beat. Within walking distance to the waterfront in the historic district. Lots of great restaurants & shops without having to deal with parking.The condo has a great view, lots of room and is decorated nice. Would not recommend if you have difficulty walking stairs or steps. Has 2 large Jacuzzi tubs with showers that may be difficult for some to get into but otherwise is great. The host is very quick to respond and it has a wonderful roof top to view beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine!
