The rental is perfect. It’s cozy but spacious for hosting friends to watch the flotilla and parade from the best location on all of front street. You can walk to the restaurant shops and ferries all within a few blocks. The view is amazing. You can see boats going up and down the water away. Lots of great restaurants & shops without having to deal with parking.The condo has a great view, lots of room and is decorated nice. Would not recommend if you have difficulty walking stairs or steps. Has 2 large Jacuzzi tubs with showers that may be difficult for some to get into but otherwise is great. The host is very quick to respond and it has a wonderful roof top to view beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine!
