It is up in the hills and in a short cul-de-sac street with nice breezes, and sheltered from all noises and looks. Renovated from floor to ceiling in 2019, it has since been very well maintained and includes: \- Two air-conditioned bedrooms with new bedding. One has an European king size bed (180 cm wide x 200 cm long). The other has two separate twin beds (90 cm wide by 200 com long) that can be converted into a single European king size bed upon demand (by adding a custom mattress pad). \- A bathroom with a very large shower and bathroom sink, plus a separate bathroom that has the toilet and a second mini bathroom sink. \- A newly fully equipped kitchen including among others: o Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave o Induction Cooktop, Vent o Nespresso coffee machine with starter capsules o All kitchen electric appliances \- A living room with TV offering an array of French and international channels, \- A faré poté equipped for meals, \- A heated outdoor jacuzzi, \- A 50m2 terrace with two sun loungers, \- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. \- Rackets and tennis balls available. \- Two sets of tuba, masks and palms ara also available. This magnificent villa is located in the luxurious Legends Residence in Haapiti, which is a 7-hectare estate where exotic wood, Moorea stone and perfectly maintained tropical vegetation blend together. Legends Residence offers all the comforts with a swimming pool, a fitness center and a tennis court. There is a very serene, authentic and relaxing atmosphere. It is located 5 minutes from the beach by car. This is one of the best places we've stayed! And we've been all over the world. Everything was perfect with a view that you'll never forget! We spent most of our time at the villa because of the view alone. Everything was clean, walking distance to stores and restaurants (we had a car-recommended), security gate, and best part of the island for activities (swam with humpbacks, sharks, stingrays, cooc beach; all 5 minute drive from villa). Villa came with laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, water, ice, and the perfect amount of AC at night if needed. The cold tub was awesome after a day in the sun on the beach. We don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. Low season (mid-November), so hardly anyone around, weather was perfect and no mosquitos. Host sent a very detailed recommended agenda, which was very helpful and we ended up doing it all, Also provided were towels, snorkel gear, binoculars, wifi, tennis rackets, etc....THIS IS A MUST BOOK! THE VIEW VIEW VIEW VIEW! It’s also very quiet. Views were amazing. The hot tub doesn’t get hot, but that’s noted in the other reviews. It’s perfect for the afternoon when you get back from doing activities. WiFi is strong and there’s a parking stall up front. Jenny greeted us earlier than scheduled and presented us with a beautiful fruit platter. The villa was fully stocked, although we did not cook or use the kitchen at all. Beautiful villa for those who want to get away from the hotel scene. ##### Cherie S. There is even a stunning view from the shower. AC in the bedroom was great for sleeping and we didn't really need it any other time due to the great breeze. It has a very well equipped kitchen for anything you would want to make. Jenny the property manager was very responsive and was able to let us check out late on our last day. Beach chairs were a huge plus. Be prepared that the jacuzzi is not heated! This was a bit shocking on my first day as I tried to go in around 4pm when there was no sun on it. The next day I went in around noon and it was perfect. A nice little cool down from the afternoon sun. I would definitely stay again! ##### Ashley H. The views of the ocean are fantastic and the amenities are quite nice. The interior is excellently furnished. We even enjoyed the pool and tennis court. Only downside was the non-functioning hot tub and gym. It looks great in the pictures but it was only upon arrival that we were told it was not in working order which would have been ok but the property manager kept saying it would get fixed throughout the week and it never did. So less a knock on the actual functionality of the hot tub (these things break sometimes) but more on the communication of it. ##### Max P. We loved everything about it!! The communication with the manager was excellent. The check in & check out process was a breeze. The villa was well equipped with everything that we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything ( given that you have a car), a beautiful beach, where you can rent out a boat or kayak to go to Coco beach, or to see stingrays and sharks, grocery stores, restaurants ( our favorite was Snack Mahana). Our kids really enjoyed to cool down in the chilly jacuzzi and the pool after a hot day at the beach. The last, but not least- the views from the terrace are just to die for!!! This location was more beautiful than the pictures! We had a stunning view of the lagoon and a large deck from which to enjoy it. The place was very clean and included every amenity (including beach chairs and snorkel gear) that made our stay very comfortable.
