Just a short stroll from Mooloolaba Beach, the esplanade, surf club, wharf, and a variety of fantastic shops, restaurants, and cafes. This home offers direct canal access to the Mooloolah river and is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquillity. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac street, it provides a relaxed space for couples, families and friends to enjoy. THE PROPERTY This charming 3-bedroom holiday home offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and exposed timber beams. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a servery window that opens up to outdoor entertaining space. Additional features include reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout. It was everything that you need when visiting the Sunshine Coast and more. The location in unbeatable with the canal directly behind and the beach/shops/restaurants a short walk up the road. We sat on the deck to watch the sunset and it was just incredible. The house has a bBQ and all the cooking utensils that you need. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
