Really great place. Great facilities and spotless and quiet and great location.

A perfect stay in a fantastic location in Gdansk old town. The friendly receptionist offered us a welcome glass of Prosecco or water on arrival, which was the start of the excellent care we received. The room was cosy and comfortable, with a lovely shower. As the weather was hot they had thought to leave a mobile fan near the bed and bottles of water in a fridge (which was in a cupboard, so no noise). The room was quiet. At breakfast we were welcomed with another class of Prosecco. The food was delicious and the room cosy. As we checked out they gave us a little gift of biscuits in a bag. A wonderful hotel and great value for money. We will be back!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all the hotel is not in the best location, second of all I wanted an early check in and the staff said “okay give me 20min and I never got the early check in. They actually didn’t even let me check in at the regular time which is 1500 I still had to wait about another half hour so I waited there about an hour and a half. Then when I finally go in to the room I had asked for one big bed but instead I get 2 small beds. I work night shift so at this point I was so tired I didn’t care I fell asleep. Then later at around midnight I hear someone putting in the code to my room and someone walks in on me while I’m laying naked in bed. Apparently the staff gave someone my room key code while I was asleep and walks in on me. Luckily I was awake already or else he could have taken advantage of anything in the room including my wallet. Horrible experience I will never be coming back and I hope you don’t book here.
