I'm sure it's a building code thing as I've run into that before on builds with the city. I'm not dinging the stars therefore, but I would maybe highlight that a little better as we sort of missed it in the listing description... but it's noted there. Second full bath (they are plenty nice BTW), is on the ground floor, w BRs all upstairs... so it plays better in the powder role than second shower for obvious reasons. but all and all this place is a gem and we would rent it again... ##### Timothy F.
