Tout ce qu'il faut en termes de vaisselle, de linge de maison, de linge de lit....et même quelques petits plus qui ravissent les voyageurs: les produits ménagers sont déjà sur place, les salles de bain équipées de savon à main et de papier toilette. c'est du détail mais c'est bien appréciable de ne pas avoir à courir au supermarché dès sa descente d'avion, après 6 heures de vol et des enfants épuisés! enfin, la place de parking est un must! nous y retournerons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain séjour à Montréal. ##### Caroline M. In my opinion, this place is good for adult outing. The surrounding area is more for adults activities, such as dinning, shopping, urban living...etc. i definitely give a 90% accuracy to what the description from expedia.ca. Bike rental is at the end of the block & parks very close. Uber was also very accessible in this area. The place was fully furnished and the rooms were spacious, I like that there was aircon and heating for each room because we had some people in our group that liked it warm (in the summer!!) and cold. Everything you need in the kitchen too! Overall great location we enjoyed being able to just go down and take a stroll or bike ride on Ave Mt Royal which is closed to traffic in the summer. Had an amazing time everyone really enjoyed. Just one nit-pick, the smoke alarm was finicky about the toaster being on. ##### Renu C. Excellent property with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Montreal. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, week stocked kitchen, lots of room! Perfect location with great shopping, eating, strolling and music. Short walk to the train station to easily navigate the city. This a very walkable area of Montreal, accessible to public transportation just up the road a bit. (Being unfamiliar with the area, we opted to reserve the private parking spot behind the property. We were definitely glad we did!)—The apartment was clean & well equipped except for facial tissue. We opted to use toilet paper or napkins until we got back to our car which had its own stash.—We missed the NBA finals, game 5, because we didn’t have a Roku password.—Bummer!—The towels & linens were clean & plentiful. The bathtubs are quite high off the floor (about 20”.) There were no grab bars for secure transition to or from the tubs. One tub has a sink right next to it which we grandparents used to steady ourselves. We did not use the bbq or the deck, we had come to Montreal to taste its many delicacies. All in all, this was a great location to experience this beautiful city. ##### Paul F. Having the bedroom with a bunkbed with its own living room and ensuite bathroom was a pleasant surprise where our teens had their own space to hang out giving adults our space - a very roomy dining area and a filly equipped kitchen. Each room was furnished very nicely and gave cozy comfortable feelings. The owner was super responsive to our messages and a great location with grocery stores, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended! Thank you. ##### Tomoko K. They were available throughout the stay to ensure we were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of linens available for the group. The street has many amazing restaurants and we were a short walk away from the metro. I highly recommend staying at this apartment! ##### Tania T. The neighborhood is beautiful, fun, and safe even into the late late night. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc, genuinely couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend biking around the neighborhood or even for distances on the many protected bike paths when the adjacent metro stop isn't an absolute necessity. Will be staying here again as soon as possible, wonderful hosts with great communication. ##### Jamie L. This apartment was a great location for getting to know the Plateau - it's the main drag in the neighborhood and only allows pedestrian traffic in the summer. It is a great location for walking or taking public transit to other places in MTL and I wish we had brought our bikes!
