Even though it was a custodian, fixing the air conditioner, I should not have been assigned that room. Had to go downstairs to get a second room. During my four day stay, my key card rarely worked. I constantly had to go back downstairs to get it re-registered so I can enter my room. There was only one elevator working during my stay. Construction work was being done on my floor. Cons: The location is downtown near a lot of attractions. Restaurants and clubs also. Those clubs(music and people outside) can get really loud and disturb you if you're a light sleeper. No hotel garage. All parking is on the street(paid) or in nearby parking garages(paid). During my visit, one of two elevators was out of order. The working one was "glitchy". It would go to a chosen floor and the door wouldn't open. Specific to my room-The door rubbed against the frame so I had to lean on the door or pull really hard to make it close all the way. Half the lamps were out. The couch was in terrible shape. And the third party who booked my trip booked it wrong location and ithe hotel wouldndnt change me to correct hotel 1020min away try to reimburse me or help anyway. The water was hot though but nobath tubs..i wanted a bath tub in my hotel room.
