A localização é boa, no centro da cidade porém a segurança é fraca, fomos abordados inúmeras vezes por drogados pedindo dinheiro em frente ao hotel, nos colocando em situações constrangedoras e de total desconforto comprometendo nossa segurança, até furaram o pneu do nosso carro em frente ao hotel, o prédio necessita de uma reforma pois é um hotel muito antigo e o serviço de atendimento precisa ser revisado, água não tinha nem pra comprar o que eu acho um absurdo se tratando de serviço de hotelaria, o preço foi razoável mas isso seria o mínino a se oferecer, fizemos reserva de 4 dias ... The hotel staff was knowledgeable and very, very helpful. While the building was old and weathered, it was well taken care of. It's also right downtown in Montevideo.
