The property enjoys an excellent location, situated directly across from the boardwalk and the beach in Montesilvano: our guests can make the most of their days at the beach.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, bunk bed, dresser, and closet;

- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY with a small table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: three fans, independent heating, a crib and high chair upon request (subject to availability), an iron and ironing board, a clothesline, and a hair dryer.
