Excellent hotel. Convenient access to all areas near downtown. Hotel pool and gym were nice additions.

The hotel offers parking, however, the lot is small and it fill up some nights which required me to park on the street which was somewhat difficult.

The property has only been operational for 2 weeks. When I arrived, I was informed that there was no parking in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. It was pouring rain. We had to find a random parking garage 2 blocks away and paid $150 for 4 fays of parking. We unloaded on the 5th floor of parking and made it through the pouring rain to the hotel once again. That set the tine for the trip. I think once they fix this issue, it will get better. The rooms are small but they are nice. The lobby, bar and reception are very good. The drinks and limited bar food is great. I think it's going to be hard for them to compete with other neighboring hotels with valet, pools and amendments. Certainly has boutique charm.

Great stay, clean and close to everything

The courtyard pool is amazing! We love sitting in the quiet courtyard reading, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. We would stay again just for the pool area.
