One of the best beaches on the island of Jamaica Mammee Bay Beach has a very good restaurant/ bar also gym This is a honeymoon and wedding rental why because everything is so beautiful the studio is a contemporary rental also the surrounding area impressive It even has its own personal fitted kitchen or for those lazy guests why not get a full catering service for $30 USD per day Champion Chef is $30 USD per day please inquire for details if you require his services ask for Cleavy upon arrival All you would have to do is buy the food that, you and your family like to eat. We can have our chef who will purchase all the items on your behalf, therefore everything is possible. There is also a full-sized swimming pool, with classy alfa loungers that cruise liners use with outside shower for bathing before and after pool use. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times around the pool area Gazebo this is a favorite area for our guests who love to dine outside while observing our fruited gardens. Barbecue Pit is located next to our swimming pool. Spa Retreat is another favorite for our guests it is a private place where the guests can relax with their loved ones There is also horse riding facilities within 5 minutes of the villa. Guests are able to use the washing machine, dryer. Guest will need to purchase their own washing powder There is also a great nightlife within the area with clubs like Amnesia, Just Chairs, Margeriterville, Shades and Priory beach has an event and dance. There are the best tourist attractions on the island a short drive away from our villa an example of this is: Dunn's River Falls the number one tourist attraction on the island. Where people climb the famous falls with this is a fantastic day out. Only 10 minutes drive away from our villa. Dolphins Clove. Where you can swim with the Dolphins - 10 minutes drive away from our villa. Perfect for children or Couples even singles great day out Mystic Mountain: Where there are cable cars. There is even a great restaurant at the top of the Mountain. The above three, in my opinion, are the top tourist attractions on the island of Jamaica with the exception of Bob Marley's Museum in Kingston. The nightlife is fantastic with a lot of clubs and events just ask our gardener Junior walker who is up to date with all the latest events that are happening in the area. Car rental at around 30 GBP or 48 USD per day Airport pickup is around $40 USD per person if two or more are traveling if it is only one person then the cost may increase. The only reason I did not give 5stars was because the pool should be able to be used by all guests on the estate not just the priority of the 3bed villa. I was fortunate that the guests there were allowing me to use it, you still feel a bit awkward as you feel you are intruding. Housekeeping every few days would be a good touch too. That said I had a restful 2 weeks at the apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed my time. The ground surrounding are beautiful. Séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Voyageur vérifié 22 juill. 2025 #### Patiently Waiting We enjoyed our stay but did not enjoy the hospitality of the host upon "checking in" as it really set a bad vibe from the beginning of a relaxing vacation that we were both looking forward to. The host also told us to cut the air off when not in the room, which is crazy as it takes twice as long to cool it back down. We also had roaches running over my feet when using the bathroom at night, ants were coming through the huge gap under the front door but we never said a word as was more aggravated with the damn pool rules,,, really??? as we were the only ones who even used that pool in the 8 days we were there? We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. ##### DON S. We stayed in the studio apartment which is very spacious and had everything we needed to have a little home away from home. The caretaker Chris was there to help with anything we needed and the property manager Alvin was also there during our stay. He was welcoming and agreeable. We enjoyed eating fresh ackee from the trees on the property and spent some time refreshing ourselves in the pool. Only one small caveat, once a new group moved into “the big house” they refused to have anyone else use the communal pool as it is indicated on the site. I think they should learn to read and be aware that this is a shared pool amongst the multiple (5) rooms/apartments on the grounds. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Séjour de 3 nuits en novembre 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Lisa C. 19 sept. 2020 #### patiently waiting over all ill give this stay an 6/10\. the beds were comfy and the property was safe and clean. the hot water worked but had some times were it went out but when it worked it was HOTT!! also the shower had a fishy smell and the ac worked only two days, last day of stay it went out and it was hot and muggy. we had clean towels and linen when needed. over all it was on okay stay. thanks to the nice staff and quietness. ##### Lisa C. ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Voyageur vérifié 30 août 2020 #### Be careful the owner double books the Property When we arrived at the property at 10pm there was no local number to contact the property manager. We drove up and found a gentleman outside who we discovered was the property manager. We asked him about our room and gound out the room had been booked and provided to someone else. I called the owner in the UK. He said the room was not double booked and was available. The property manager confirmed to us that he is not in charge of the booking and the owner double booked it. It was a nightmare. We tried booking another property but it was late. We eventually got another unit at the same property much smaller than the original one we booked. Plrase stay somewhere else the owner is exceptionally rude.
