We had a lovely time at Sea Garden Resort. The food was amazing, we got to try the local dishes served jn the buffet. Every single staff we came across were really friendly and made sure we were taken care of well. The beach was lovely as well as the entertainment. Over all we had a wonderful holiday at this resort.

The food is excellent. The rooms are too cold and when you turn off the air conditioner condensation collects on walls and floor which limited you from opening windows and patio doors but the clean up was very fast.

Reviews on food had me very worried, but alas - crisis averted. Great food for the most part, great vibes and an overall great experience. Staff are extremely helpful and polite, quick to give recommendations and service and the amenities are good. Its quiet and quaint and I enjoyed the local feel

The hotel was hit by the hurricane and has only just opened back up so still working on the property.. but we still had a really good time and will be back again next year good nice staff good and when it opens fully it will again be beautiful

We had such a wonderful stay at Sea Garden Resort! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and so kind to us and our baby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Now for the food, whoever is in that kitchen is doing an amazing job. Every single meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was delicious and beautifully prepared. While we didn't drink much from the bar, the few drinks my husband and I tried were good. We loved our time here!

The room looked clean but it felt dusty and dirty at the same time, the TV was full of stains. The only 3 staff that was friendly were the bartenders (raymond and andre) and one server (clayton) The food was good for the price, could be better. The outdoor pool looked clean but I was uncertain due to the cleanliness of my room. My air conditioner wasn't working, I reported it but nothing was done. Overall being in the hospitality industry myself, i did not enjoy my experience at the sea garden resort. My recommendation for the future is to retrain the staff and maybe open the hotel when its not big renovation going on as it is now. I believe in the future, with the right management, proper training of staff and new renovations coming. Sea garden resort will be a great place to bring the family for that Jamaican home feel resort.

We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat. Request Tess as your driver(SunHoliday)!
