### 'Studio Romantic Paradise 2' with Mountain View, Pool, Wi-Fi & Garden

The studio apartment 'Romantic paradise 2' is located outside Ronda and overlooks the mountain.  
  
The 55 m² property consists of a living area, a sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.  
  
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living area, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.  
  
The studio apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.  
  
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture and an outdoor shower.  
  
The pool is open from April until September.  
  
Barbecues are forbidden from 1st June until 31st October due to fire risk.  
  
The barbecue will be replaced by a barbecue grill in the summer months.
