Very run down furniture, and overall poor room condition (washroom, tub, floors). Walls are paper thin and you can hear the whole conversation (and more) of your neighbours …
Cleanliness overall was good and barbecues were available . Pool was a little small but clean. The location was good for the baseball tournaments we had to go to.

The location of the resort was perfect. The villa we stayed in was clean. There was no noise which was perfect. Having the creek behind the property is a 10. Really enjoyed oir stay. Will definitely stay at the arroyo creek resort in the future.

The hotel is nice and very clean. I feel it could have included more amenities in the room like an ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and a desk. Overall though it was nice and I’d stay there again.
