  • With the stone exterior of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse and chic interiors, Villa Flora is a dreamy three-bedroom luxury retreat with private pool on the hills of Lucca. Spread out over two floors, the property offers plenty of space and privacy, and thanks to its location in a private estate by the village of Montecarlo, there are vineyards, olive groves, trails and restaurants just minutes away.

    Surrounded by old olive trees, rolling hills and a lush green lawn with a pool, the villa has views for miles. Enjoy exclusive private sunset views from the four-poster luxury sunbed, from the indoor jacuzzi with french windows overlooking the Lucca landscape or from the lounge on the pool deck. Try your hand in the state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen, or just pick a local treat from the several groceries selling local produces around the area. Inside, the villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

    Off the estate, it’s a walking distance from fine and panoramic restaurants as well as wi-neries, only 4 minutes from the village of Montecarlo with its charming streets and a vibrant food-scene, only 16 minutes to Lucca town centre and its Walls, 5 mins to the village of Porcari featuring shops, groceries, supermarkets, bakeries, bars and much more. Further afield, you’ll find the closest highway junction 10 mins away to reach the close-by airports of Pisa and Florence as well as Cinque Terre, Siena, Pistoia, Arezzo, Montecatini, Volterra, San Gimignano, Bolgheri, Livorno, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, Firenze, Viareggio and many others, all between 15 and 70 mins away.

Luxury inside and out

A wonderful place. The view and sunsets were stunning…. We visited Lucca and Pisa but spent most of our time at the villa due to the heatwave and needing to properly stop and rest! We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa….

A perfect week!

What a delightful week we had at Villa Flora! It was our first trip to Tuscany and this beautiful home was the perfect place to relax after our youngest son’s wedding in Italy. The villa is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and elegant! And the outdoor area with the lovely gardens and swimming pool are equally special. It was a perfect starting point to visit many of the hill towns in Tuscany, including Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montecarlo, and Barga. In the evenings, we enjoyed simply relaxing by the pool and watching the sun go down as we listened to the soft sounds of birds and sheep in the valley. Silvana was very easy to work with and was quick to respond with answers to our questions and check-in instructions. A thoroughly wonderful experience… Thank you for sharing your delightful home with us—we hope to return someday soon! Please put in shelves to hold shampoos and soaps in the shower areas of the two bathrooms that don’t already have them.

Beautiful surroundings everywhere and a gorgeous pool area which was a great reprieve from the heat and a wonderful place to watch the sunset over dinner and a glass of wine. Amazing Tuscany Trip

We were greeted by Silvana and she made us feel so welcome. The home was amazing inside and out. From the green Tuscany hills view to the ground floor kitchen and living room we loved it all. The kids had such a blast playing in the back yard. Our whole stay was surreal. If we ever needed anything Silvana the house manager was very helpful and quick in responding. We already want to go back :) Nothing really, the place was great

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed at Villa Flora for 10 days with our little son and both of his grandparents. It was a perfect and wonderful holiday! One of the most impressing things: Everything is actually as it looks on the pictures. Although we basically "maxed out" the occupancy with 6 adults and our two year old son in his baby cod in our master bedroom, we never had the feeling of not having enough room for everyone an a quiet little corner ready any time. Enjoying the pool together, sitting on the terrace in the evening under the stars, with a spectacular view of the sunset and the relaxing ambient sound of birds and nature was pure pleasure. Even so we enjoyed quite a bit of italian food and wine there, it was no problem for our sun to upstairs as the villa has prime quality with regard to windows, floors, stairs, etc. You never hear anything you don't want to hear -) In addition, Silvana did a great job in assisting us before hand and during our stay. She explained everything from how to take care of the different trash types, to activities in the region and everything else we asked. The pool cleaners and gardeners also did good job and were very discreet in it as well. All in all, we had a perfect holiday!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa in Tuscany with some friends, and it was truly a unforgettable experience. The villa boasts breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The design of the house is gorgeous, blending modern elegance with rustic charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beautifully maintained garden was a delight to explore and added an extra touch of serenity to our stay. While the villa is a bit remote, which meant we had to drive every evening to find lunch spots, this actually enhanced the sense of tranquility and escape from everyday life. Overall, it was a wonderful retreat that combined luxury, natural beauty, and privacy — an ideal place for anyone looking to unwind in Tuscany’s picturesque landscape. bathrobes for the pool and a Bluetooth speaker for music — both would add extra comfort and fun

Beautiful villa but get ready to take out garbage every day!

We thought the Villa was very nice and the view/backyard was gorgeous! We enjoyed drinking wine and watching the sunset in the backyard while the kids swam and went in the hot tub. Montecarlo was close by and we had great dinners there a few evenings. One of the main drawbacks was the continuous communication with the property manager about taking garbage out daily outside of the property gate. This was not enjoyable during the week of our vacation. We also needed help with only one reservation and the property manager did not come through for us though we had to text back-and-forth many times about it. When we rent a house, we just want to enjoy the week without hassles and continuous communications.
