The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas).
