I like the ambiance and proximity to the beach and town. The pool was clean and good for families with children. The property was also clean but the mulch beds were overrun with weeds. The house was overall great, clean and had what we needed. However, the twin bed I used one night was not comfortable - overly soft with a dent in the middle. The sofa bed was not very comfortable either - had a metal bar placed at the level of the upper back. Would stay here again, but wanted to mention the bed situation for the sensitive sleepers.

Great place.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach, and our space was designed in a way that gave us plenty of room. If the weather had been bad, we would have enjoyed staying inside too.

Cute little area to get away from NYC. The property had everything you needed for a summer weekend. Parking on site. Bedrooms all clean and spacious with extra bedding if needed. Yard was also very big and private. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. There should be upkeep instructions posted in the room, like put your garbage bag out each day, etc. There is a paid service each Fri and Mon apparently but honestly it should not be paid and basic things like sweeping the rooms or vacuuming and taking out garbage should be the bare minimum each day. They don’t provide vacuums or even brooms if one wants to do it themselves. The cleaning staff doesn’t speak English. The mattress on pull out couch terribly uncomfortable and was provided a blanket with a flat sheet rather than comforter. The place also lacks a bar or coffee shop and activities. You need to run to town to get coffee in the morning. The yoga my daughters wanted to do, did not happen twice, I guess it’s self service bc no one showed and the mats were just provided in a backet and put on the grass. The taco truck not good, the tacos were not warmed up and were flaky falling apart. Pizza truck looked nice but after trying tacos, we declined the pizza. There is not much going on there other than spending a whole day at the beach. Loved the sign up app for the beach, umbrellas and chairs. That was a huge plus and very convienient. We did have a good time, the rooms were nice and we liked the view and decor, just these things mentioned above need an improvement for this price.

Had a wonderful stay. One bedroom condo was clean and comfortable.At first arrival there was a slight musty smell, but your at the beach so that should be expected. Turned a/c on and it went away. Tiny kitchen but had all necessary items, dishes, pots & pans and utensils Only downside was the staircase to bedroom, & bathroom. A bit steep and narrow. The best part is the Beach Program. Received a text the night before to set up chairs and umbrellas at the beach for you the next day

PROS: Fantastic location - easily walkable to all downtown eateries/bars, shops, and attractions. Very quick check-in which you can begin through an online link they text you in advance. My particular unit (twenty two) was recently renovated and featured stainless steel kitchen appliances, elegant bathroom fixtures, and USB charging ports everywhere. It had an amazing oceanfront view w/ a patio. Also, the a/c’s were very modern with touch sensitive control panels and very quiet operation. CONS: Only two and, again, may only apply to the unit I stayed in. The main one was the mattress was hard as a rock. Not pleasant to sleep on and which was exacerbated by the second issue - the bedroom blinds didn’t do a great job keeping out the light. So, by 7am it was quite bright in the room.

The room we had was not that clean but even worse was the roach crawling on the ceiling. We immediately vacated the property and didn’t stay in our room. We abandoned the room and stayed at a different property. Hoping to settle this soon.
