The holiday home "Casa Splendida", which is situated in Monreale, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, heating, a TV as well as a washing machine.

#### First floor rooms

Very comfortable house with balcony and lovely view of valley. Lots of space. Cooler than on the coast. Kitchen was a little limited but was enough for us. Owner lives next door and was very helpful with some of my minor requests (eg light bulbs). Quiet area just off a through road. Felt very safe and secure.
