The living/dining room provides access to the terrace.

It includes a double bedroom with air conditioning, a room with two beds and air conditioning, and another room with a double sofa bed, shower, bidet, and toilet, also with air conditioning. Additionally, the villa has a shower, bidet, and toilet separate from the room with the sofa bed. The heating system includes floor heating, which is available from November 1st to April 15th.
