Located in one of the most sought-after areas of the lush hills between Conversano, Polignano a Mare, and Monopoli, Trullo Blue Ocean View offers breathtaking views where the sky and sea blend into one shade of blue. Surrounded by dry stone walls, red earth, and ancient olive trees, this authentic property offers relaxation, nature, and complete privacy.  
  
The property consists of two independent units, perfect for two families or groups of friends wishing to spend their holidays together while maintaining their own privacy:  
  
 • Trullo: living area with sofa and dining table, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, additional bathroom with shower.  
  
 • Farmhouse: bright kitchen, master bedroom, twin bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower.  
  
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private pool (8x4m) with sea view, shaded outdoor dining area for 8 people under a pergola, relaxation gazebo, BBQ area, Mediterranean garden with fruit trees, and large private parking.  
  
Both units are furnished in contemporary style and equipped with air conditioning.  
  
Extra services available upon request: private dinner, private transfers, grocery delivery.  
  
Useful information:  
  
 • A car is recommended to explore the beautiful surroundings of Puglia.  
  
 • Swimming pool open from April to November.  
  
 • Pet-friendly: pets are welcome!  
  
The house set up:  
  
The property consists of an ancient trullo and a small farmhouse, both restored in full respect of the local architectural traditions.  
  
At the back of the farmhouse is the swimming pool (8x4m). Located on a slightly higher level than the colorful garden, the pool is one of the panoramic points of the structure and being shielded by a high hedge that guarantees total privacy to those who dive in, it is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation and tranquility.  
  
The central entrance - which is reached by leaving behind the convenient private parking - leads to the small farmhouse that welcomes guests in a bright kitchen with a dining table. In this small farmhouse there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.  
  
Inside the trullo, which has an independent entrance, there is a living area with a sofa and a dining table, a kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower.  
  
The outside of the house, on the other hand, consists of an outdoor dining area for 8 people arranged in a shaded area created by an elegant pergola, a relaxation area under a gazebo, a barbeque area and a swimming pool (8x4m) with a panoramic view of the valley that gently descends towards the sea.  
  
The two housing units, furnished in a contemporary style, are both equipped with air conditioning.
