« Hotel tres correct situé à quelques centaines de mètres d un arrêt de bus pour Saragosse. Les parties communes sont bien entretenues, la chambre que nous avions était spacieuse, confortable. Nous n avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Seul point noir: aucun effort sur l écologie. Serviettes changées tous les jours alors que nous les accrochions proprement pour signifier que nous souhaitions les réutiliser. Et surtout le chauffage à fond, fin avril alors qu il ne faisait vraiment pas froid - à la...

« Nous avons eu un bon accueil mais il n’y avait rien dans la chambre pour préparer un café ou thé. Le plus gros point négatif est le manque réel d’isolation entre les chambres ou l’on entend parler les voisins et les gens à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas passé une bonne nuit et avons été réveillé régulièrement par les passants bruyants de la rue. Vraiment aucune isolation! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel malheureusement. »

« Nous avons réservé cette chambre dans le cadre du programme de fidélité hotels.com et en tant que membre Gold. Nous devions avoir à l'arrivée une attention spéciale (bouteille de vin dans la chambre) et nous voir proposé un surclassement... Rien de tout celà n'a été géré par l'hôtel. Nous en avons fait la remarque à l'équipe de réception, sans aucune écoute de leur part. La chambre était quelconque, avec l'une des pires vues disponibles dans l'hôtel. Autant dire que le programme de fidélité...
