Good hotel in a good location

The bed was difficult to get into for the person sleeping closer to the wall. There was no sheet on the bed, only a comforter. The iPad is a must for controls and requests - I asked for an alternative and was told there wasn’t one. Caution that there is a homeless shelter feet away from the hotel - I didn’t feel safe walking alone down Peter St.

One of the best hotels we've ever been in. The staff and amenities are sensational. We've never seen staff go out of their way to make your stay a lifetime experience! The luxury amenities from heated towel racks to every type of glassware needed to a cloudlike bed are just a few things to experience. A++++ rating!
