### MokaMI - Cozy nest Anelli 1

Our studio apartment is an oasis of modernity and comfort, perfect for couples or single travellers. Furnished in a contemporary style, it offers a spacious living area with a comfortable double bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The private bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and a washing machine.  
  
It also has a small walk-in wardrobe, perfect for conveniently storing your luggage and clothes during your stay.   
  
In the flat you will find Air Conditioning and free WiFi.  
  
The flat is equipped with an electronic lock that uses data and an internet connection.
