The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed in the bedroom with a TV. There is a twin bed right outside the bedroom (with another TV), with views of the ocean. There is a bathroom with double sinks and a shower on the first floor. Upstairs there is a open concept kitchen/dining/living room. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The couch also pulls out into a double bed for 2\. We loved the proximity to the beach and the upper deck that was only accessible from inside the house. It worked out perfectly for my husband and me. Some of the neighbors' properties were quite run-down, but that didn't bother us at all, and the people we saw were friendly and working on their properties. This house itself, however, was not run down at all, but was well maintained, decorated, and supplied with all the modern conveniences. The location can't be beat, I mean a short little walk and you're right at the water. The place was immaculate and clean ,we really loved how much thought was put into everything and how well they used the space! The place is well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There is basic soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, but we brought our own toiletries. We loved that there was comfy soft blankets to sit out on the deck and enjoy the deck. We are so glad we chose Moclips over Seabrook as it was more of what we liked.
